This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage that Ember Loop uses. "Cookies" here includes small files stored by your browser and similar technologies such as local storage and session storage.
Our approach
Ember Loop only uses storage that is strictly necessary to provide the service you ask for: keeping you signed in, keeping your account secure, and remembering settings you choose. UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) does not require consent for this kind of storage, but we still tell you about it.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and we do not allow third parties to track you on our site. If we ever want to add non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Sign-in providers
If you sign in with Microsoft, Google or your organisation's single sign-on, you are taken to that provider's pages, which may set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not control or receive those cookies.
Fonts and hosting
Fonts are served from our own site, not from a third-party font service.
Managing cookies
You can review your choices at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of our website. You can also clear or block storage in your browser settings. If you block the essential storage above, you will not be able to sign in.
